1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from Sam & Company Tree Trimming & Removal, you  agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional services including:

  • Tree removal and cutting
  • Tree trimming and pruning
  • Stump grinding/removal
  • Emergency storm services

All work will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate or work order.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
  • Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., decay, structural instability, access limitations).
  • Additional work not included in the original estimate will require client approval.

4. Payments

  • Accepted methods:  Zelle, Cash App, and Cash.
  • Deposit may be required to confirm booking.
  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur fees.

5. Cancellations & Scheduling

  • 24–48 hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations.
  • We may reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must:

    • Provide safe and clear access to the worksite
    • Keep people, pets, and vehicles away from the area
    • Disclose property boundaries and underground utilities

7. Liability & Risk

  • Tree work is inherently risky; minor property disturbance may occur.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Unmarked utilities or hidden hazards
    • Damage caused by natural factors or disclosed risks

8. Insurance

  • We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation (where required). Proof available upon request.

9. Debris Removal

  • Debris removal is included only if stated in the estimate.

10. Claims & Satisfaction

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
